1/4cupcoconut aminos
2clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsfresh gingerchopped
1teaspoonhoney
1teaspoonsesame oildivided
1cupcabbagechopped
1/2cupcarrotsshredded
1/4cupcelerychopped
1 1/2cupschicken breastcut into cubes
4whole-wheat tortillas
Instructions
Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice of one half into a small bowl. Cut the remaining lime half into four wedges.
Add the coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, honey, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil to the lime juice and stir. Set aside.
In a wok or large pan, stir fry the cabbage, carrots, celery until softened (about 2 minutes). Add the chicken and sauce and stir until heated through.
Serve inside flour tortillas topped with lime wedges.
